About the role

We are seeking a highly autonomous Client Relationship Manager to own and nurture our premium portfolio of UK‑based clients for a UAE‑based digital marketing agency. This fully remote position requires flawless English communication, deep understanding of UK business culture, and a proven ability to drive client retention and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for UK clients, managing expectations and building trust remotely.
• Oversee client deliverables, coordinate internally, and resolve complex issues without supervision.
• Translate technical updates into clear, professional business language for overseas stakeholders.
• Monitor client health, anticipate needs, and identify opportunities for account growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with Western agencies (UK, US, or Europe), preferably top‑tier digital marketing firms.
• Exceptional verbal and written English with culturally nuanced communication.
