Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients through various online platforms and prospecting tools.
• Generate and qualify leads based on predefined business criteria.
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients through calls.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead handovers.
• Monitor lead generation performance and recommend process improvements.

Required profile
