Cloud Engineer – Hybrid (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer on a contract basis to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for a global IT services leader. The role blends remote work with occasional on‑site collaboration, offering exposure to cutting‑edge technologies and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production and staging issues, and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and integrations.
• Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in DevOps or cloud engineering with hands‑on experience in containerization.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
