Cold Caller (B2B Outbound Sales)

About the role

An office-based cold caller position in Johar Town, Lahore, working evenings from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, six days a week with alternate Saturdays off. The role involves making outbound calls to UK and international businesses using leads provided by the company.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK and international businesses from the leads provided
• Book discovery calls with interested prospects
• Follow up consistently until the prospect gives a final answer
• Log call notes, outcomes and follow-up dates accurately
• Hitting daily call and booking targets

Required profile

• Prior cold calling experience is mandatory; candidates should state their numbers in their CV
• Excellent spoken English, clear and confident on the phone
• Strong follow-up skills and highly organised with notes and call-backs
• Proactive and comfortable working evening hours from the office
• Bonus points: experience calling UK or US markets, B2B sales or appointment setting background, familiarity with dialers, CRMs or Google Sheets, and experience selling services
