Cold Caller – Entry Level Sales Role

About the role

We are looking for a confident, well‑spoken individual to join our call‑center team as a Cold Caller. The position is ideal for candidates with little or no prior experience who are eager to develop strong sales and communication abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers following provided scripts.
• Introduce products/services, answer basic queries, and generate interest.
• Record call outcomes and update the CRM system accurately.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Fluent English with clear verbal communication.
• Professional demeanor and confidence on the phone.
• Willingness to work night shifts (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
• Open to learning sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Applicants with less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
