Cold Calling Agent – US Market (Remote)

About the role

Brandmek is seeking motivated Cold Calling Agents to support its US outbound sales campaign. You will contact local service businesses in the United States, introduce the agency’s marketing services, and schedule qualified appointments for the closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200–300 outbound calls per day using the provided dialer.
• Follow a tested script and objection‑handling playbook.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments into the sales calendar.
• Log call outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Follow up warm leads via email and messaging.
• Participate in a short daily huddle at the start of each shift.

Required profile

• Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral accent.
• At least 1 year of outbound calling, telesales or BPO experience (US campaign experience is a plus).
• Resilient and able to handle frequent rejections.
• Coachable, reliable and able to apply feedback immediately.
• Own laptop/PC, headset, stable internet and a backup power source.
• Availability for night shift, Monday‑Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT (US Central business hours).

Required skills

• Experience with dialer software.
• Proficiency in using a CRM system.
