Collections Specialist

About the role

The Collections Specialist will join Yango Group’s remote team in Pakistan, handling outbound outreach to customers with overdue balances. You will negotiate repayment plans, resolve objections, and ensure all interactions comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using an automated dialing system.
• Negotiate sustainable payment arrangements and secure commitments.
• De‑escalate challenging conversations and collaborate with internal teams for additional support.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, payment plans, and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in debt collection or recovery.
• Fluent in English and Urdu with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to balance firmness with empathy and handle difficult conversations.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and required call equipment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency using automated dialing systems.
