Commission-Only Cold Caller / Sales Representative

About the role

DuoTech7 is seeking motivated, confident individuals to join its remote sales team as commission‑only Cold Callers / Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, presenting the company’s AI‑driven digital solutions, and converting prospects into paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential business clients via phone and email.
• Introduce DuoTech7’s AI automation, AI agents, AI voice agents, website, and other digital services.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and follow up to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Confident cold‑calling ability and persuasive sales approach.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and build relationships.
• Previous sales or cold‑calling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
