Community & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Edversity is seeking a dynamic Community & Partnerships Manager to own and grow its community ecosystem. The role combines community building, university ambassador program management, event activation, and strategic partnership development to turn the Edversity network into a growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a highly engaged community of students, alumni, instructors, and technology enthusiasts.
• Design and launch initiatives that drive participation, collaboration, and advocacy.
• Develop, recruit, train, and manage university ambassadors across leading institutions.
• Establish relationships with university societies, career offices, faculty, and leadership.
• Plan, promote, and execute workshops, meetups, hackathons, seminars, and other community events.
• Manage the full event lifecycle from concept through post‑event analysis.
• Identify and secure partnerships with universities, industry experts, and ecosystem players.
• Continuously measure and improve community engagement, retention, and referral metrics.

Required profile

• Highly energetic and relationship‑driven with a strong execution focus.
• Enjoys meeting people, building networks from scratch, and turning ideas into tangible outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced technology‑education environment.
