Content Executive POS

About the role

We are looking for a Content Executive – POS to manage and maintain merchant content on Blink’s POS and online ordering platforms. The role involves updating menus, modifiers, pricing and product information for restaurant clients while supporting POS configurations and printer integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update merchant menus on Blink POS and Online Ordering.
• Configure products, categories, modifiers, add‑ons, combos, pricing and taxes.
• Ensure menu content is accurate across POS, web and mobile platforms.
• Coordinate with clients to collect and implement menu updates.
• Perform quality checks before publishing content.
• Assist with POS configurations and printer integrations.
• Troubleshoot content and basic POS‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of merchant updates.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of POS systems and restaurant operations.
• Familiarity with menu management, modifiers, pricing and add‑ons.
• Basic knowledge of POS printers and hardware integrations.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in POS content management, menu management or a similar role.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems is preferred.
