Content Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven and organized Content Production Manager to lead daily video shoots and oversee end‑to‑end production for short‑form reels, long‑form YouTube reviews, paid branded content and event coverage. The role combines production management, creative direction and social‑media coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily shoots for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, product reviews and commercial projects.
• Manage a team of two videographers/editors, ensuring timely delivery of edited content.
• Oversee post‑production from rough cuts to final delivery, providing creative feedback.
• Create basic motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects when required.
• Lead live‑event and brand‑campaign productions.
• Coordinate content posting schedules across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
• Collaborate with social‑media teams to develop and execute content strategies.
• Analyse performance metrics and deliver insights to improve reach and engagement.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in content production and social‑media management in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities with capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with automotive or tech‑focused content is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
