Core PHP Developer (Minimum 3 Years Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Core PHP Developer with at least three years of experience to join a Dubai‑based client’s offshore office in Johar Town, Lahore. The role focuses on building and supporting custom PHP, WordPress and Shopify solutions for a variety of web projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic PHP/MySQL web applications.
• Create and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and WooCommerce extensions.
• Integrate Shopify APIs and develop Shopify‑based storefronts.
• Implement responsive front‑end interfaces using Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript and React.
• Write clean, modular code following OOP and functional programming principles.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back‑end teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Maintain version control using Git, Mercurial, CVS or SVN.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial PHP development experience.
• Strong command of English communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work onsite from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM, five days a week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
