Corporate Attorney – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a corporate attorney to support a global technology leader on a contract basis. The remote position involves managing corporate transactions, ensuring compliance, and handling legal documentation for high‑value commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts such as vendor, partnership and service agreements.
• Ensure all transactional documentation complies with legal requirements and corporate policies.
• Identify legal risks in business transactions and propose mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal or termination.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and business development teams to align legal terms with business objectives.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum three years of experience in transactional law, focusing on corporate or commercial contracts.

Required skills
