Corporate Attorney – Remote Contract Role

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on managing corporate transactions, ensuring compliance, and drafting high‑value commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts such as vendor, partnership, and service agreements.
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies across all transactional documents.
• Identify legal risks in business transactions and propose mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal, or termination.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business development teams to align legal terms with business objectives.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in transactional law, focusing on corporate or commercial contracts.
