Corporate Sales Trainer

About the role

BaliTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a full-time, onsite Corporate Sales Trainer in Islamabad with strong teaching, communication, presentation and coaching abilities. The trainer should be able to engage an audience, simplify complex concepts and turn people into confident, high-performing professionals. Applications are welcomed from corporate trainers, teachers, lecturers, sales coaches and L&D professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver structured sales, product knowledge and communication training, covering sales methodologies, customer engagement and objection handling.
• Develop training materials, presentations and structured learning programmes.
• Run practical exercises, role-plays, mock calls and assessments.
• Evaluate employee performance, give constructive feedback, one-on-one coaching and improvement strategies.
• Monitor training effectiveness and help employees move from beginner to advanced level.
• Maintain training records, assessments and progress reports.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in corporate training, sales training, teaching, coaching or employee development.
• Exceptional spoken English and strong presentation and classroom management skills.
• Natural ability to teach, explain and simplify complex concepts, with excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, persuasion and customer communication.
• Ability to assess individual performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Preferred: background in corporate sales training, L&D, teaching, sales coaching, BPO or call center training; previous experience in BPO, insurance, sales campaigns or final expense training is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
