Creative Art Director

About the role

Desverto, a fast‑growing Amazon Creative Agency, is seeking a Creative Art Director to shape the visual direction of its Amazon‑focused projects. The role involves leading a design team, ensuring all assets meet premium quality, brand consistency and Amazon compliance, and turning complex product features into compelling visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the creative vision for Amazon listing images, A+ (EBC) content, brand storefronts and product photography.
• Review and critique deliverables to guarantee brand consistency, market competitiveness and adherence to Amazon guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to interpret briefs, brand positioning and campaign goals.
• Mentor designers, provide constructive feedback and training on Amazon standards.
• Research emerging Amazon creative trends, competitor practices and compliance updates.
• Translate technical product information into engaging visual storytelling.
• Maintain meticulous attention to layout, typography, colour, lighting and image retouching.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer with a strong Amazon‑focused portfolio.
• Demonstrated expertise in Amazon listing images, A+ (EBC) content, brand storefronts and product photography.
• Deep understanding of Amazon compliance rules (e.g., badge usage, claim restrictions).
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑team collaboration and client presentations.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• 3D rendering tools.
• Strong visual storytelling, typography and branding sense.
