About the role
A fast-moving AI-based content team is looking for a Creative Director to give the team clear direction and raise the quality of everything produced. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Peshawar.
Key responsibilities
- Turn ideas into clear creative direction: concept, hook, story, pacing and visual style
- Build a library of strong reference work for the team
- Review every piece before it goes out and push it from "good" to "wow"
- Lead regular creative reviews and guide what the team makes next
Required profile
- A strong portfolio of video or social content with a clear point of view
- A sharp eye for storytelling, editing rhythm, transitions and sound
- Confidence leading a team and giving honest feedback
- Experience with AI tools is a plus, but taste matters more than tools
