Customer Sales Executive

About the role

Fast Links Courier is looking for a motivated Customer Sales Executive to drive new business across Lahore. The role combines field visits, client presentations and relationship management to expand our courier and cash‑on‑delivery services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential business clients throughout Lahore.
• Present and pitch FLC’s courier and COD solutions.
• Generate new business and onboard clients.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow‑up visits.
• Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
• Coordinate with operations and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer needs.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of field sales or business development experience.
• Experience in courier, logistics, e‑commerce or B2B sales preferred.
• Comfortable with face‑to‑face meetings and physical client visits.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and confident.
• Intermediate education or higher.
• Own motorcycle and a valid driving licence are advantageous.
