Customer Sales Representative (Appointment Setter)

About the role
A growing company is looking for a Sales Appointment Setter to reach out to potential clients, set up appointments and support sales efforts. The role is based on-site in Lahore, working a night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in international markets
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to close deals
- Apply effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Maintain records of calls, appointments and client interactions
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or intermediate with 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with excellent English are encouraged to apply
- Fluency in spoken English
- Sales-driven, motivated and growth-oriented mindset
Required skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Excellent English communication skills
