About the role

Spark Space Digital is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its Lahore team. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, delivering clear information and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across phone, email and chat.
• Listen actively, demonstrate empathy, and troubleshoot issues.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Manage multiple interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Document all interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and enhance satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of service processes.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain composure under pressure.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Patient, empathetic attitude and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Excellent time‑management and active‑listening abilities.
