About the role
The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, promote energy‑related services and work towards sales targets. The position is based at the Johar Town office near Expo Center, Lahore.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing accurate information.
- Promote company products and services and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Update customer details and call records in the CRM system.
- Address customer complaints politely and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Required profile
- Good spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and confident, professional attitude.
- Call centre experience preferred, but freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
What we offer
- Basic salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 80,000 (depending on experience and performance).
- Commission up to PKR 250,000+ on verified successful sales.
