Customer Service Representative – First Hire with Path to Head

About the role

We are a fast‑growing supplement brand looking to professionalise our customer support. This is the first dedicated Customer Service Representative position, with a clear trajectory toward leading the function as the team expands.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day customer service operations using Commslayer as the primary support platform.
• Resolve customer inquiries quickly and accurately while maintaining brand tone.
• Identify recurring issues, report root causes, and help improve product or process.
• Create documentation, macros, and workflows that enable future scaling.
• Recruit, train, and manage a growing customer service team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of e‑commerce customer service experience (required).
• Experience with Commslayer preferred.
• Proven ability to resolve issues efficiently, not just politely.
• Comfort setting boundaries with customers when necessary.
• Strong interest in moving into a management role.
• Available to start immediately.
