Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lahore. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across phone, email and other channels while delivering clear, accurate information about our services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Provide clear and accurate information about services and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle complaints and feedback, documenting all interactions in internal systems.
• Follow established procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex problems.
• Contribute insights to improve customer experience and service processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support skills with a professional approach.
• Experience focused on customer satisfaction; previous CSR experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer support tools or CRM systems.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
