Customer Service Representative

About the role

Alpha Iota is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its fast‑growing Southeast Asian team. This is a work‑from‑home position where you will interact with participants through popular messaging platforms and help guide them through verification and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads received via Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp and other designated channels.
• Answer inquiries professionally, providing clear information about processes, requirements and next steps.
• Guide participants through verification steps and assist them throughout the journey.
• Monitor and follow up with active participants to ensure smooth progress toward milestones.
• Coordinate with local operations teams to track participant status and deliver timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress and follow‑up activities.
• Build positive communication with participants to encourage continued engagement.
• Perform ad‑hoc customer service and operational duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma, degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, communication or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly responsive and able to handle inbound inquiries quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Good organizational and follow‑up skills for managing multiple conversations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Required skills
