Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat using call center software and CRM tools.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies, ensuring customers understand their options.
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Maintain detailed, up‑to‑date records of interactions, issues, and resolutions using Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• At least one year of relevant customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
• Ability to manage multiple interactions simultaneously while staying organized.
