About the role
We are looking for an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The role is remote and candidates should be based in Lahore.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries professionally through calls, messages, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customers.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while dealing with clients.
- Follow up on customer concerns and ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the relevant team timely.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience dealing with domestic/local clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Urdu and English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable setup for remote work.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations.
