About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist you will act as the front‑line representative of Zameen.com, helping prospective buyers discover and purchase property units. You will combine sales expertise with strong client interaction to ensure a smooth, positive experience from first contact through deal closure.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and preferences for property purchases.
- Brief clients on relevant property units and arrange demonstrations or site visits.
- Conduct client meetings, provide property walkthroughs, and follow up on evolving needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently work towards and achieve individual sales targets.
Required profile
- Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also welcome).
