About the role
BoxesGen is seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to serve USA‑based clients for its custom packaging business, working on‑site in Garden Town, Lahore during US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, and live chat.
- Understand packaging requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain professional communication with USA customers and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Meet assigned sales and conversion targets.
Required profile
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Experience in custom packaging sales, B2B sales, and customer service.
- Confidence dealing with international/USA‑based clients.
- Strong negotiation, follow‑up and closing skills.
- Packaging or printing industry experience.
- Comfortable working according to USA business hours.
