Customer Success Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help Savvital’s clients unlock the full potential of their Virtual Professionals. You will act as an operational consultant, designing delegation roadmaps, building processes and ensuring measurable time savings for client leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly, outcome‑driven client sessions focused on capacity, time tracking, delegable tasks and workflow bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain living 30/60/90‑day delegation roadmaps that shift repetitive responsibilities from owners to their VPs.
• Identify new operational areas where VPs can add value, such as insurance operations, CRM, accounting support, marketing, client communications, SOP creation and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures, map end‑to‑end workflows and eliminate redundant manual steps.
• Recommend modern software, AI tools and automation opportunities to streamline daily administrative work.
• Challenge inefficient client habits, provide actionable operational insights and act as an extension of the client’s executive team.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between clients and Savvital’s internal teams (Performance Managers, Operations, L&D, Recruitment, Leadership).

Required profile

• Proven experience helping business owners map time usage and build systems that free up leadership hours.
• Comfortable acting as a trusted advisor and operational consultant rather than a basic account coordinator.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and propose practical solutions.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled tools and automation platforms.
