Customer Success Specialist - Night Shift

About the role

Interact Global is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to support international clients, build strong relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience. The position is based in Wapda Town Phase 1, Lahore, on a night shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM) from Monday to Friday, with weekends off. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns
• Understand client needs and provide timely, effective solutions
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
• Support customer onboarding and account setup
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement
• Maintain accurate client records, notes and follow-up activities in the CRM
• Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities when relevant
• Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Services, Account Management or a related role
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience dealing with international or US-based clients is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once
• Comfortable working in a night shift and on-site environment

Required skills

• Good understanding of CRM systems and customer management processes
• Strong follow-up, coordination and relationship-building skills
• Preferred: client retention, customer onboarding, complaint resolution and US client handling
