Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Agent to deliver high‑quality assistance to our customers across email, chat and phone. The role is fully remote and focuses on resolving inquiries quickly while maintaining a positive, customer‑focused attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone or other support channels.
• Provide accurate information and clear solutions to customer questions and concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate internal team.
• Follow up with customers to confirm that their issues have been addressed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in the CRM/ticketing system.
• Identify recurring problems and share feedback with internal teams to improve the product and service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support, call centre or help‑desk environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
• Professional, positive and customer‑oriented attitude.
