Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Representative to manage daily operations of our e‑commerce platform and deliver excellent service to our shoppers. The role combines product listing oversight, order processing, and direct customer interaction through multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product listings, inventory data, pricing, and images on the website.
• Process orders, coordinate fulfillment, and track shipments.
• Respond to customer inquiries, order status requests, returns, and product questions via email, chat, or phone.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities in the support workflow and implement solutions.
• Provide regular feedback on customer trends, recurring issues, and improvement ideas to management.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in e‑commerce operations or customer support.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle high‑volume inquiries efficiently.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accurate product information.
