Customer Support Representative - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a confident, articulate Customer Support Representative to join our night‑shift team. You will be the primary point of contact for English‑speaking customers, delivering professional assistance and ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels.
• Listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professionalism and a high standard of service throughout each interaction.
• Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer problems efficiently.

• Ability to work reliably during night‑shift hours.
