Customer Support Representative – Short-Term Rental Management

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide top‑tier assistance to guests staying at short‑term rental properties across the United States. Working from our Lahore office, you will handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless stay.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist guests before, during, and after their reservations.
• Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping requests with operations teams.
• Monitor reservations and booking updates on OTA platforms.
• Document all interactions accurately in company systems.
• Follow established service procedures and standards.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Prior experience in customer support, hospitality, property management, or call‑center environments is preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude and adaptability.
• Willingness to work U.S. night‑shift hours from Lahore.
