Cyber Security Manager

About the role

LMKR is embarking on a major technological evolution and seeks a visionary Cyber Security Manager to lead a sweeping security transformation. You will guide the migration of legacy security controls to a modern, cloud‑native SaaS environment while ensuring a proactive, zero‑trust defence across a globally distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the strategic migration of on‑premises security controls to a cloud‑native SaaS architecture.
• Design and implement a Zero‑Trust Architecture tailored for a mobile, globally distributed workforce.
• Champion a "security by design" culture across cloud‑first and mobile‑first initiatives.
• Enforce security guardrails for hybrid‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, on‑prem edge) and operational controls for frontier agentic AI systems.
• Establish AI‑native security controls using machine‑learning for automated threat detection and response.
• Oversee global SecOps, including threat hunting, incident response, and management of XDR, SIEM and SOAR toolsets.
• Lead ISO 27001 readiness, continuous compliance, risk assessments, vendor security evaluations, and internal audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading legacy‑to‑cloud security transformations and Zero‑Trust implementations.
• Deep knowledge of hybrid‑cloud security architectures and AI security concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with ISO 27001 compliance and continuous audit processes.
• Strong track record in incident response, threat hunting, and managing modern SecOps platforms.
