Data Manager – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Remote Data Manager to ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets that power AI and machine‑learning models. The role involves performing manual quality checks, correcting errors, and validating outputs while collaborating with cross‑functional engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct manual reviews of AI‑generated data to spot inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or bias.
• Correct and annotate data points to enhance model performance and reliability.
• Validate datasets against predefined quality criteria and business requirements.
• Document data issues, resolutions, and maintain transparent records for the team.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to engineering and product stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with data annotation, labeling, or quality‑assurance processes.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or data‑visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in large datasets.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting issues and solutions.
