Data Scientist – Dynamic Pricing & Offer Optimization

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a Data Scientist to join a client team focused on dynamic pricing and offer optimization. You will design, build, and deploy machine‑learning models that drive pricing decisions, improve customer retention, and enhance offer relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize models for price elasticity, conversion prediction, churn propensity, and offer ranking.
• Design A/B tests and uplift models to measure campaign impact.
• Build simulation engines for what‑if pricing analysis and scenario testing.
• Create automated pipelines for model training, scoring, and retraining.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to maintain a feature store and with Business Decisioning teams to translate insights into actionable rules.
• Implement real‑time feedback loops using purchase, rejection, and expiry events to continuously improve model performance.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in applied machine learning, statistical modeling, and data science for large‑scale systems.
• Strong foundation in statistics, econometrics, and telecom key performance indicators such as ARPU, churn rate, and wallet size.
• Proven ability to design feature‑engineering pipelines and conduct rigorous A/B testing.
