DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure) on a contract basis to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that accelerate software delivery. The role works remotely and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement improvements for high availability.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to embed DevOps best practices.
• Support cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP, focusing on scalability and cost optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines and using automation tools.
• Strong background in infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands‑on knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
• Understanding of cloud networking, security best practices, and multi‑cloud platforms.
