DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure) on a contract basis to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for a global technology leader. The role is fully remote and focuses on automating infrastructure, improving deployment workflows, and ensuring high availability of critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to adopt DevOps best practices.
• Support cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP, optimizing scalability and cost.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Solid scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of containerization, orchestration, networking, and cloud security.
