DevOps Engineer – Site Reliability Focus

About the role

Qureos is building an AI‑native hiring platform and needs a mid‑level DevOps Engineer to keep its production systems reliable and performant. You will own the infrastructure that powers AI sourcing, screening, and interview pipelines used by thousands of customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, including Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Cloud Run) for fast, safe code delivery.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, and New Relic.
• Define and own SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and lead incident response as incident commander.
• Run blameless post‑mortems and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Administer and optimise MongoDB, handling backups and disaster recovery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Python/Bash scripts and IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and collaborate with development, QA, and engineering teams on production issues.

Required profile

• Mid‑level DevOps/SRE experience with end‑to‑end production ownership.
• Hands‑on expertise with GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, GKE), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Comfortable administering and optimising MongoDB.
• Strong debugging methodology and ability to reason about system failures.
• Working knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
