DevOps Full Stack Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a hybrid engineering consultant who can bridge infrastructure and application development. The successful candidate will manage cloud environments, handle deployments, debug issues across the stack, and contribute to backend development when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, IAM).
• Handle application deployments, environment provisioning, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
• Debug issues across the application layer, infrastructure, and services.
• Contribute to backend development using Python/Django as required.
• Implement infrastructure changes to support new features and maintain Terraform IaC.
• Monitor logs, metrics, and system health to troubleshoot and ensure stability.
• Maintain system security, scalability, and uptime.

Required profile

• Take ownership of systems and deployments.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate clearly with the engineering team.
• Balance development and infrastructure responsibilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, IAM).
• Strong Python knowledge, preferably with Django.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerised environments.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid Linux system‑level debugging skills.
• Proficiency with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Understanding of networking concepts (VPC, security groups).
• Exposure to message queues such as SQS, RabbitMQ, Celery.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
• Basic frontend experience (React or similar).
