Digital Marketing Analyst – Reporting & Analysis

About the role

The Digital Marketing Analyst will own reporting and analysis for our Sierra AI Bot and related marketing platforms. You will build dashboards, audit data, and provide insights that drive optimisation and business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and interactive dashboards for key marketing metrics.
• Analyse Sierra AI Bot performance (call volumes, transfers, intents, close rates, RGUs) and recommend optimisation actions.
• Maintain high‑accuracy data in Salesforce, perform routine audits, and update missing ad costs and pricing.
• Conduct deep‑dive quantitative analysis of lead response times, affiliate performance and campaign models.
• Present complex data insights through clear visual reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (required); Master’s preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience with a reputable firm and at least 1 year of technical know‑how of digital media platforms.
• Strong reporting and analysis skills with a data‑driven mindset.
