Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist to design, launch, and optimise digital campaigns for our international markets, including the United States, Canada and Europe. The role works closely with sales and business development to generate high‑quality leads and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance‑driven marketing strategies for global audiences.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta platforms.
• Generate demand through SEO, SEM, email and content marketing initiatives.
• Optimise landing pages, funnels and conversion paths to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and business development to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using analytics, CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Conduct competitor research, audience analysis and market insight studies.
• Design and manage email marketing, lead‑nurturing workflows and automated sequences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on experience in digital and performance marketing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
