Director of Learning Strategy (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is looking for a senior academic leader to shape and scale its proven accelerated‑learning model. You will translate rigorous learning‑science research into operational frameworks that enable schools worldwide to double student learning speed with just two hours of daily study.

Key responsibilities

• Design academic frameworks that turn learning‑science principles into actionable curriculum, motivation, and application guidelines.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and outcome delivery across multiple school partners.
• Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into ecosystem assessments that pinpoint high‑impact barriers and recommend concrete interventions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback loops, and milestone monitoring.
• Serve as the principal public representative at senior forums, delivering keynotes and engaging with national education authorities to promote systemic transformation.

Required profile

• Proven track record of owning an ambitious academic vision and delivering measurable results.
• Direct, hands‑on leadership experience in learning‑science implementation.
• Credibility to present research publicly and influence education policy.
• Ability to harmonize execution across diverse school frameworks and raise academic leadership standards.
