Director of Marketing – B2B Growth

About the role

Oxiliry is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to shape and execute the B2B marketing strategy for its Rebiz platform. The role focuses on demand generation, performance marketing, and revenue‑driven initiatives to accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive B2B marketing plans aligned with revenue targets.
• Lead demand‑generation programs across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email, outbound and other digital channels.
• Oversee HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, lead scoring, segmentation and nurturing workflows.
• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, CAC and conversion metrics.
• Develop account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise and mid‑market customers.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of B2B marketing, growth or demand‑generation experience, including leadership of a marketing team.
• Proven track record of generating qualified sales‑qualified leads and measurable revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, customer acquisition and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
