E-Commerce Growth Manager

About the role

Premier Housewares is looking for a dynamic, results-driven E-Commerce Growth Lead / Manager to join its growing team. The role owns the e-commerce performance tracker and coordinates across operations, marketing, creative, CRM, website, SEO and management, keeping the team accountable for the complete e-commerce lifecycle from traffic to conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Translate weekly growth priorities into execution tasks for each department resource.
• Own the e-commerce performance tracker, weekly action tracker, blockers list and decision log.
• Coordinate between operations, marketing, creative, CRM, website, SEO and management.
• Ensure product, campaign, website, stock, pricing and reporting inputs are aligned before campaigns go live.
• Review daily Shopify sales, orders, conversion, AOV, returning customer rate and revenue by channel.
• Escalate access issues, approval delays, stock problems, website bugs, tracking gaps and resource performance issues.
• Prepare the weekly management update with wins, losses, blockers, next actions and required decisions.
• Ensure all team members submit their reports on the agreed frequency and format.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Commerce.
• Experience with the UK market is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce analytics.
• Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills.
