Ecommerce Operations Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Team Lead to drive our online sales channels and lead a multidisciplinary team of seven professionals. You will be responsible for optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and executing digital marketing strategies that boost conversion rates and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of listing experts, designers, and photographers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans across Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
• Oversee platform management to ensure accurate, high‑conversion product listings.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workflows between design, photography, and listing teams.
• Utilize SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush) and conduct keyword research to improve search rankings.
• Manage marketplace accounts (Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub) and optimize advertising spend.
• Design, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Analyze performance data with Google Analytics to drive data‑based decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum six years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience.
• Proven leadership of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong understanding of conversion‑rate optimization and online sales funnels.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive results.
