Enterprise Account Manager – Frontier AI (Remote)

About the role

This position is a full‑time remote role focused on driving adoption of frontier AI solutions within enterprise customers. You will act as the primary liaison between Fortune 500 clients and internal product teams, ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to promote frontier AI technologies across large enterprises.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to uncover pain points and design tailored AI solutions that accelerate digital transformation.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to implement, scale, and optimize AI initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, ROI, and overall business impact to senior leadership and clients.
• Advise clients on best practices for integrating AI into existing workflows and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling and implementing enterprise‑grade AI solutions, preferably in financial services or technology.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise account management with revenue growth and client retention responsibilities.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C‑level executives.
• Familiarity with CRM, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
