Enterprise Finance Manager

About the role

This role acts as an embedded Enterprise Finance partner to the business, combining performance ownership with strong financial governance, risk oversight and independent challenge to drive sustainable, compliant, value‑accretive growth. The position reports to the Stream Head – Enterprise Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial performance including revenue, cost and margin.
• Support pricing, deals and commercial strategy, providing insights on KPIs and performance drivers.
• Enforce financial policies, approval frameworks, revenue recognition, cost allocation and margin integrity.
• Strengthen financial controls in commercial processes and mitigate financial risks.
• Evaluate and challenge business cases, conduct CAPEX/OPEX appraisals and perform scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Manage P&L visibility, reporting, variance analysis and financial insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and drive margin improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, ACMA or CIMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or commercial finance.
• Strong governance and compliance mindset.
• Proven ability to improve margins and profitability.
• Experience in high‑quality business case decision making.
