Enterprise Renewals Lead – AI‑Driven Enterprise Accounts

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Renewals Lead to manage our highest‑value customer accounts in an AI‑first environment. Working remotely, you will partner with Fiona, Trilogy’s AI renewals agent, focusing on executive engagement, commercial structuring, and complex negotiations that require human judgment.

Key responsibilities

• Own executive relationships and negotiate multi‑year enterprise renewal agreements exceeding seven figures.
• Collaborate with the AI agent Fiona, applying judgment and customer insight to refine its capabilities and expand autonomy.
• Assess customer health indicators, usage patterns, commercial history, and risk exposure to drive proactive renewal success.
• Utilise Salesforce and AI‑enabled workflows to maintain accurate forecasts, surface renewal risks early, and concentrate effort where human expertise adds the most value.
• Translate insights from customer interactions into systematic enhancements that strengthen the renewals operation over time.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise renewals or retention for B2B software accounts generating at least $100 K in annual recurring revenue.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior executives and structure complex commercial agreements.
• Strong belief in AI as a capability multiplier and a desire to shape future renewal processes.
